Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Member of relevant professional institutes is necessary
• Minimum 5 years’ post-graduated experience in local building construction projects, preferably gained from either Property developers or Consultant firms
• In-depth experience in handling building projects, particularly in preparation and review of draft contracts/agreements, assessment of variations, measurement, payments, estimating and cost control, settlement of final account, BIM knowledge & experience would be an advantage
• Good initiative and conscientious
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Hands-on PC skills including M.S. Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor
