Responsibilities:

• Responsible for service counter at the Airport
• Responsible for service registration and collection of deposit
• Responsible for hotline enquiry handling
• Basic Computer skills required
• Shift duty required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• No prior experience required
• Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skill
• Preference will be given with relevant working experience
• Undergraduates in Hong Kong are preferable and working hours will not clash with class schedule
• Knowledge of counter operation is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferable
