• Support Korean beauty sales performance, brand analysis and price monitoring
• Conduct research on eCommerce trends, market and competitors analysis
• Proactively formulate recommendations and business strategies
• Present feasible project plans to management team with considerations of customer experience, cost & profitability analysis, competitor research, vendors and internal resources evaluation

What we need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business related disciplines
• 2 to 3 years of experience in business research, analysis or planning, from e-commerce or digital-related field
• Experience in Google Analytics & Tableau 
• Strong business sense, research skills and data driven mindset
• Self-motivated to initiate small-scale implementation of project ideas in face paced environment
• Ability to build strong influence in cross functional team
