Job Description
Our client, one of Japan base customer servicees provider is seeking the following position:-
Customer Services Representative
Job requirements:
- Diploma graduated, preferably with training in Hotel, Tourism or related disciplines
- 3-4 years working experience in Call Centre, Customer Services, Airlines or Hospitality environment
- Excellent verbal, written and organisational skills; exemplary customer service skills with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese is a must
- Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office
- Excellent computer skills including Chinese word processing, excel and email
