Responsibilities :

• Assist the project team in providing building services, mechanical and electrical inputs
• Coordinate with internal departments, and external consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Monitor site progress to ensure all works carried out comply to regulations

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Building / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 6 years’ solid experience in building services project, preferably in fitting-out field
• Capable to handle large scale office / retail projects
• Strong analytical skills and able to provide sound solutions to obstacles
• Self-motivated, initiative and mature with good interpersonal skills
• A team player and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD drawing skills and have BIM technical knowledge is an advantageous
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer
