Job Description

Responsibilities:

Assist in renovation of new shop, revamp, and reinstatement from planning to completion
Site inspection & measurement
Supervise & monitor of site progress with contractors, suppliers and furniture factory to ensure projects to be delivered as schedule with company standard
Liaise & negotiate with various internal & external parties to ensure the design/project are deliverable & achievable
Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Construction / Project Management or related disciplines
1 year+ relevant working experience
On-site experience, AutoCAD and MS Office is required
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Project Officer
Immediate availability is preferred

Working Location: Wong Chuk Hang (5 mins walk from MTR Station)
