Our client is a Reputable F&B Company in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Research & Development Manager. You will be responsible for leading a team to conduct end-to-end development projects from category planning to product sourcing globally.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Lead team to conduct end-to-end new product development projects from category planning to product sourcing globally
• Keep update on market trend on new development products
• Provide monthly KPI review for new product development
• Develop marketing strategies to improve the profitability and comprehensiveness of the company
• Work closely with internal parties to handle implementation and product development
• Provide technical support and training to staffs
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management   

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree or above in food science or related discipline
• 10 years or above related experiences, experienced in sauce manufacturing will be an advantage
• Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese; English and Mandarin
• Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command in communication and problem-solving skills
• Periodic travel is necessary
