Job Duties:

• Advise and co-ordinate on the business and operations initiatives of the new hotel projects
• Analyze business result, sales strategies, marketing initiatives and results of hotel operating
• Establish business networks and explore business opportunities.
• Oversee and manage the development and operation issues of hotel project
• Maintain good relationship with existing partners 
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience with experience in sales and marketing field
• Good in problem solving and independent
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
