Our client is an innovative global payment platform, cover services include B2Btrade, online retail, shopping search engine, third-party payment and cloud computing service. Selected candidate will be joining world-wide support team to provide helpdesk and technical support.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide Tier 1 - Tier 3 technical support for internal users
• Provide technical support of daily desktop support, server, network operation and problem resolution
• Troubleshooting day to day issues and ad hoc enquires/request
• Provide problem initial analysis result and reply promptly to users
• Quickly identify the probable causes of issue, and provide workaround to minimize the impact
• Ensure all asset records for equipment and users are maintained

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in IT support
• Knowledge of Server and Desktop Virtualization platform (VMware, Citrix), Storage System (NAS, SAN) & inter-networking (switch & firewall)
• Solid experience in Windows OS, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 and Active Directory
• Good communication in Mandarin, English and Cantonese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
