Job Responsibilities:

• To assist in formulating and implement the store development strategy in Hong Kong;
• To establish business network with property developers, landlords and real estate agencies;
• To perform leasing related works including site acquisition, lease renewal negotiation, tenancy administration, property investment and asset & tenant management;
• To conduct market research and make recommendation for new potential sites for business expansion in Hong Kong;
• To handle all ad-hoc duties as assigned;
• Experience in F&B retailers with asset management knowledge will be definitely an advantage.
• Plan and coordinate training programs, promotion and communication value-added

Job Requirements:

• Fluent on English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• At least 5 Years working experience in Leasing and Catering
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Energetic, presentable, hard-working, positive and aggressive
• Good computer skills
• Self-initiative, can work independently as well as a good team player
• Result oriented, strong in problem solving and self-motivated
• Good PC skills and knowledgeable in MS Office.
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Immediately available is highly preferred
