The sales executive assists and supports the sales director in the day-to-day sales management of the hotel and in-flight businesses. This includes regular maintaining and updating of client database files, coordinating internally all available Turner content, processing sales orders and preparation of sales material for all events. Require good organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

Record Maintaining for hotels

• Update the ASPAC hotel database on a quarterly basis (for both groups and individual hotels)
• Keep an accurate account of hotel listings including any upcoming potential hotel group or individual hotel information
• Ensures the regional sales teams are abreast of all industrial updates

Co-ordinate video content for non-linear syndication sales

• Keep track of tapes/videos as well as promotional material and metadata associated with these videos
• Maintain internal databases and our internal In-flight Services website
• Maintain great contact with clients and provide up-to-date information to them

Maintain and manage client sales’ portfolio for both hotel & in-flight accounts

• Monitor account performance & accounts receivables, implementing new agreements
• Provide timely forecasts and management reports
• Keep track of our sales progress for a smooth work processes

Purchase orders for Inflight sales

• Process in-flight sales purchase orders (tape checking/handling and shipping)
• Prepare monthly in-flight newsletters for our clients for generating new business

Preparation of sales materials

• Prepare sales materials & presentation for events (hotel & in-flight), conferences to support sales of both linear and non-linear content
• To maintain existing clientele and generating new business opportunities

Job Requirements:  

• Minimum required educational requirements in F.5 Standard or above
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills. Fluency in spoken and written English. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively at a number of levels both internally and externally
• Ability to think creatively and articulate vision
• Project management skills preferred
• Well organized and detailed oriented for administrative tasks
