Job Description
We are looking for energetic and proactive Account Services Executives to join our dynamic sales team.
Main Responsibilities
Provides support to the “Bid to Order” selling process
- Understands the customer needs
- Prepares the right product proposals accordingly
- Prepares price quotation accordingly
Manages the “Order to Schedule” delivery process
- Coordinates and secure commitments from internal stakeholders
- Places sales order accurately
- Manages customer expectations
Manages the “Schedule to Delivery” process
- Coordinates product delivery from the factory/warehouse to the project site
- Solves the delivery problems arose
- Keeps the customers apprised with project status
- Collects payment timely
Requirements:-
- College Diploma and above
- At least 2 years of account services experience
- Need to master Product Knowledge, Product Solutions, Product Strengths & Weaknesses compared to competition
- Need to understand and navigate internal operating system
- Fluent in written and spoken English for HK & Export Sales
