Job Highlights

• Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
• 4 years in PC, Network & Helpdesk Support
• Immediate available is preferred

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

• Implement and maintain MS Exchange, Macfee, IT system and storage infrastructure 
• WAN/LAN/VPN administration, configuration and troubleshooting
• Lead the support team for system administration and on-going IT related support to users of levels
• Monitoring and responding to emails in shared mailbox
• Prepare the system documentation
• Good Knowledge on Windows 7 and 10
• Response to esquires from users on technical support and resolution
• Forward, escalate and follow-up with calls to groups internally and externally

Requirements: 

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or other related discipline
• Solid experience in network infrastructure implementation, design and Cyber-security control
• Experience in Web Hosting, Linux Environment, maintenance and website administration under Linux platform
• Practical and hands on knowledge in MAC, Windows Server AD, O365, Cisco IOS, Netscreen and VPN
• Holder of MCSE/MCSA/CCNA/CCDA/CCNP will be advantage
• Has concept on ITIL is an advantage
• Previous working experience in retail industry is preferred
• Travel to PRC may be required
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skill
• Fair in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
• Less experience can be applied as IT engineer
