- Perform full software development life cycle, design, coding, testing and implementation

- Ensure the software quality and perform production support

- Responsible for system analysis and design, also demonstrate a willingness to support team members in the ongoing maintenance of existing systems

- Supervise and provide corresponding guidelines to subordinates

- Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs

Requirements:

- Knowledge in web front-end development

- Conduct programming and debugging skills with experience in object-oriented design and development

- Experience in developing back-end applications leveraging J2EE Frameworks and Design Pattern

- Previous experience using testing frameworks

- Large enterprise application development experience is a plus

POST 2:

Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience of server-side Java/J2EE development and Struts, Hibernate Framework

- Ensure the software quality and perform production support

- Collaborate and work closely with project team

- Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs

Requirements:

- Knowledge in Java/J2EE/EJB/JSP, JavaScript, XML, Spring, Hibernate and SQL

- Experience in Weblogic, JBoss, Oracle, DB2,PHP, IOS and Android will be an advantage

- Good understanding of web / software development life cycle

- Extensive experience with performance optimization and analysis tools

- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
