Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Understands the company’s product line and assist Sales Management to prepare quotation.
- Receives and answers inquiries from customers concerning price and availability as well as the application of products, services etc.
- Assists with the coordination of operational activities for special account programs as developed by Management.
- Follow up and manage company account maintenance contract.
- Responsible for daily contact with customers and suppliers throughout the order processing cycle.
- Support Sales Team and assist in other ad hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder
- Minimum 2 year experience in customer service or Sales support; experience in Networks or Telecom sector is a must
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Mature, work independently and self-motivated
- Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin: reading & writing
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
