Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Understands the company’s product line and assist Sales Management to prepare quotation.
  • Receives and answers inquiries from customers concerning price and availability as well as the application of products, services etc.
  • Assists with the coordination of operational activities for special account programs as developed by Management.
  • Follow up and manage company account maintenance contract.
  • Responsible for daily contact with customers and suppliers throughout the order processing cycle.
  • Support Sales Team and assist in other ad hoc duties.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • Minimum 2 year experience in customer service or Sales support; experience in Networks or Telecom sector is a must
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, work independently and self-motivated
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese & Mandarin: reading & writing
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
