BloomMe, Hong Kong's spa & salon booking app is looking for an enthusiastic team player to join the Marketing Team. 

Digital & Social Media Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities: 

- Assisting Marketing Manager in operating BloomMe's paid and non-paid digital advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Google Adwords. 

- Developing suggestions and methodologies to test and optimise digital marketing campaigns in order to reach potential customers at the right time, through the right medium and at the right price. 

- Create, curate and manage all social media channels, including maintaining the social media calendar, developing engaging posts, sourcing images & video.  

- Oversee design & content of Social Media profile pages including banners, logos and text. 

- Assisting Marketing Manager to develop detailed reports for CMO, including analysing advertising performance, developing actionable plans to improve ROI on advertising spend. 

- Assisting in developing & managing social media calendar, managing bloggers and content writers, posting and distributing content

- Generating eDMs through Mailchimp.

- Assisting Marketing Manager, Events & Creative Manager with marketing campaign deliverables where necessary

- Ad hoc tasks as needed, including assisting at events.

Ideal Candidates should:

- Possess an understanding of of Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, Google Analytics. 

- Possess a working knowledge of basic image and video editing to assist graphics designer when needed. 

- Understand the mechanics of digital advertising and have past experience with hands on management of digital marketing campaigns.  

- Be self motivated, a team player and an enthusiastic communicator. 

- At least 1 year of relevant past experience
