Job Description

Requirement:

F.7 or above, Diploma / Associates in Electronic, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent;
1 year experience in technical support on desktop, server, network and IT facilities;
Knowledge in Windows 7/XP/2000, MS Office, TCP/IP networking, Firewall;
Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese;
Team player; pleasant and logical personality;
Fresh graduate will also be considered as Support Engineer

Job Description:

Provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot in hardware and software;
Server/workstation hardware and software installation;
Assist project implementation, maintenance and support.
