You should be passionate about all things digital. Not only will you have the autonomy to create and test out new content ideas, but you will also be involved in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across a range of platforms – mobile apps, web, blog, social media, search engines, print, and more.

Responsibilities

• Be creative, manage content across official website, search engines, mobile apps and social media (Facebook & Instagram) to tell the brand consistently and engage with our audience in a fun way
• Initiate, plan and execute digital strategy and calendar to roll out marketing and advertising campaigns
• Utilize a range of techniques including paid search/app install ads, email automation, SEO/ASO optimization
• Enhance content and design across both organic & paid channels to drive and retain traffic
• Define and monitor KPIs on data sets to optimize campaigns’ performances
• Assist in designing a structured process for experimenting along the sales funnel to optimize conversion
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and test potential new channels, tools and strategies with the team

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Proficient knowledge in SEO (Google Analytics), SEM (Google, Facebook, Yahoo), ASO tools, marketing attribution
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Chinese
• Good sense of producing content in both formal context (e.g. web, email) and colloquial context (e.g. social media posts, memes, leaflets)
• Knowledge in app marketing & retargeting is a plus
• Be highly collaborative in a project environment while able to work independently when required
• Attention to detail, spot the tiniest mistakes and habit to proofread own work
• Innovative and creative thinker, able to show strong initiatives (We don’t want a yes man)
• A degree in relevant disciplines is a bonus but not a must
