Responsibilities

• To build and lead a strong Marketing Communications team for monitoring marketing, advertising, PR and events
• Identify potential business opportunities to monetize our website, social channels and magazine, build pipeline and achieve the revenue target

• Plan and implement digital strategy to comply with Marketing & Advertising strategies
• Develop multi-channel marketing, promotional campaigns and programs
• Conduct market trend analysis, retail sales strategies management and store development plan
• Provide ideas, devise campaign tactics and collaborate with editors to work out advertising and content marketing solutions for clients

Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing, business or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in multi-channel marketing, product management, brand management (Fashion or beauty is preferable)
• Strong strategic planning, analytical and conceptual skills
• Responsible, analytical, meticulous, independent and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and able to work on multi-tasks
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin
• Enthusiast of digital and social media
• Loves fashion, art and cultural activities
