Reporting to the Brand Manager, the incumbent will have to align, plan, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• To formulate and manage yearly budget and sales target
• To participate in planning and implementation of the strategic plans for the business development;
• To work close with management team in planning and implementing the promotions, sales and staff incentive plan;
• To drive the MUA team to achieve company sales target & maintain high morale;
• To supervise and increase high MUAs productivity and KPI’s;
• To oversee and monitor daily operation, inventory level and allocation;
• To review operation procedures for improving services standard as well as productivity;
• To maintain and uplift customer service standard and professional knowledge through working closely with the training team;

Requirements:

• Graduate with tertiary education;
• Over 8 years’ relevant working experience preferable in cosmetics or make up industry;
• Solid experience in coaching and managing front line staff; 
• Good people management, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline;
• Forward thinking and result oriented;
• Ÿ  Good written and spoken English and Chinese;
