Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute marketing plan and program
• Organize events and seminars
• Coordinate and work with clients on a regional and international level
• Handle daily admin tasks, various programs and activities
• Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or above (Science, IT, Marketing preferred)
• At least 2  years working experience (Less experience will be considered as marketing assistant)
• Good communication and presentation skill, strong project management skill as well as problem solving skills
• Proficient in both verbal and written English, Mandarin, Cantonese.
• Good computer knowledge, especially on MS PowerPoint
• Travel to Mainland China and oversea will be required
• Experience at Biomedical, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare industry is highly preferred
• Proactive, energetic team player and willing to deal with large group of people
• Positive, willing to learn, detail-minded and have a strong sense of responsibility
