Job Description:

1. Effective communicating with investors, potential investors, shareholders, media where the company was and where it is going；
2. Understand the capital structure of the company and be able to monitor and advise on capital market activities；
3. Responsible for communication with shareholders, road show and demonstration；
4. Effectively convey key information to potential investors and existing investors to assist in legal matters, financial reporting, directors/shareholders meetings；
5. Focus on the government policy changes and industry trends related to the Group, conduct periodic comparative analysis reports, and put forward relevant suggestions for improvement .

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above, preferably in finance, economics, corporate communication / PR or related disciplines；
2. A minimum of 7 years relevant experience, preferably in listed companies, financial institutions/ services/ media or PR agency；
3. Strong interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, with strong competitiveness.
