The incumbent will be the champion of general trade channels leading a team of field force driving for business objectives.  He/she will be responsible for planning and implementing general trade sales strategies, building strong relations with customers & developing value creation partnership with our key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key cusotmers, monitoring distributor performance while enhancing the logistics flow & executiion aiming at execution excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree major in Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in FMCG with strong exposure and connections in general trade sector
• Strong leadership, influencing and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, able to work in dynamic environment
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
