Responsibilities

• Handle telephone, enquiries & service from customers.
• Handle correspondence of customer inquiries and complaints
• Follow up order processing & operation role.
• Prepare weekly & monthly report
• Support Sales Team.
• Perform ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• F.5 or above.
• At least 2 years relevant experience preferably in retail/trading field.
• Proficient MS Office, ERP System & Chinese word processing.
• Good in both written & spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
• Highly responsibility, independent, initiative & efficient.
• Immediate availability is preferred
