JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to key physicians in private sector

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

• The success candidate will report directly to Sales Manager

KEY TASKS/ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Performs the calls on assigned physicians at specified frequency and ensures achievement of sales volume
• Able to understand and digest clinical papers and product training materials, present and demonstrate products confidently to medical professionals with the support of sales tools and kits
• Develops and maintains relationships with assigned customers and potential new accounts.
• Monitors customer stocks and purchases and negotiates orders to maximize sales potential.
• Keeps customers informed on new services, pricing and changes, etc.
• Seeks out competitor information and communicates to Sales Manager
• Provide market feedback and give suggestions
• Assist marketing colleague to implement promotion activities like round table discussions, scientific symposia and so on

JOB KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTITUDES

• Degree holder preferably in life science or pharmacist will be an advantage

• Welcome fresh graduate
• Good territory management skills
• Able to work independently, self-motivated & result-oriented
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Positive working attitude with passion
• Good command of oral and written English and Chinese
