Job Overview:

Under the Supply Chain department, you will execute procurement strategies and programs that satisfy business requirement. You will be the frontier to face partners and suppliers and to drive operation excellence on procurement activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage purchasing order.
• Track & trace purchasing order and invoice.
• Prepare material delivery schedule, work closely with planning, production and CS team.
• Keep good relationship with suppliers and maintain on time delivery.
• Maintain accurate ERP data and report.
• Handle lab dip requests.
• Prepare KPI report.
• Support ad-hoc project as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• At least 3 years working experience in purchasing / sourcing. Experience gained from Apparel is an advantage.
• Excellent command of computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to cope with a fast pace working environment and have effective time-management.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines with flexible approach to adapt the changes.
• A good team player, self-Motivated and multi-tasking.
• Good command of written & spoken of English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
• Candidate with higher education & more experience will be considered as Purchasing Officer.
