Our client, a globally leading supplier in cutting and safety products, is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Marketing team to implement sourcing strategies for Asia’s (ex-China) supply base
• Ensure sourcing strategy and vendor negotiations aligns with company’s business requirements
• Source & develop new vendors and new products
• Evaluate and optimise vendor pool
• Oversee Product team, Supply Chain team, and Quality Assurance team
• Monitor everyday operations from supplier management, to negotiations to quality assurance

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related subjects
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Product Management
• Buying office experience preferred
• Cutting & Safety products experience is an advantage
• Strong track record sourcing in ASEAN countries
• Experience in working with North America or European retailers
• Strong factory base and vendor base
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Proficient in Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Willingness to travel
