Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Sales teams
  • Handle order process and quotation independently
  • Coordinate and organize shipment booking to secure on-time delivery to customers
  • Handle customers’ inquiries

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • Minimum two years experience in customer service / sales administrative coordination
  • Hands on experience in using Oracle is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Able to take up multi-task
  • Must have team player attitude
