Key responsibilities
Our client is looking for a corporate paralegal to join the M&A/PE team.  This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced paralegal that is keen to join a reputable corporate practice.

In this role you will work with the partners and associates on private equity, cross-border M&A and joint venture transactions across a broad range of industry sectors. You will assist in complex multi-jurisdictional deals across the APAC region and beyond. This team is acting for financial institution, corporate and private equity clients.

Our client is looking for a paralegal with at least 2 years of M&A/PE experience. A candidate that has been focusing on just IPO, would not be the right fit for this role.  Native or fluent Mandarin is a must.

Job requirements

•          LLB or equivalent;
•          2 years of experience as a paralegal;
•          Broad range of M&A/PE experience;
•          Native or fluent Mandarin is needed;
•          Excellent communication skills.
