Responsibilities

• Assist in new product development researches, write up product descriptions, leaflets, label updates, packaging changes and all necessary changes in the product files, doing competitive analysis and research to support claims.
• Familiar with food & health food related regulations and take relative measures & implementations
• Responsible for product classification and registration for Hong Kong, China & overseas markets; Procure and compile the necessary documents for product registration and associated administrative activities related to product registration
• Handle customers’ enquiries about nutrition or Company’s products
• Responsible for routine Frontline and Key retailer training
• Assist in ad hoc events such as health talks, seminars etc

Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Food Science, Nutrition or Dietetics related field
• At least 2 years regulatory affairs experience in health foods industry.
• Caring, proactive, responsible and work well under pressure
• Detail oriented and willing to take initiative
• Excellent telephone manner with mature and pleasant attributes
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Efficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Training experience in retail industry is preferable
