Our client, a reputable landlord in HK is urgently looking for a Senior Building Services Engineer to join their office in Central.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of property projects and development for the company's portfolio in HK region
• Provide technical support on all E&M, A&A and different projects
• Propose, implement supervise preventive maintenance, remedial repairs, improvement and renovation work
• Manage contractors on design, planning, site progress, workmanship, testing and commissioning and site safety of E&M works
• Communicate with consultants, governmental departments and internal departmental from time to time on value enhancement, policy planning and implementation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 10 years experience in A&A, R&M of Building Services Systems for residential and commercial properties
• Corporate Member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) (Building Services, Electrical of Mechanical Discipline)
• Exposure in managing central chiller plant and VRV system is a plus
• Holder of Registered Electrical Workers with Grade (B) or able is recommended
• Good command of spoken and written English is needed
