Job details

• Supervise and manage a portfolio of group's properties including prime office, retail shops and industrial premises;
• Carry out various property management tasks;
• Represent the Company in meetings of various owners committee or    

       incorporated owners;

• Liaise and maintain excellent relationships with management companies    government bodies and external contractors;
• Manage vendors and contractors for variousprojects, review design proposals, tender documents & reports, andmake recommendations on the award of contracts to vendors and contractors,formulation & negotiation of contracts.

Requirements

• Degree in Housing Management/ Building Surveying / Housing Studies or related discipline;
• At least 2 years solid experience in property, building management, preferably gained from property developer or local investor; 
• Well-versed with Deeds of Mutual Covenant, the Building Management Ordinance and other real estates related regulations, property management systems and facilities is a strong PLUS;
• Experience in dealing with owners’ committees or incorporated owners as well as management companies and various government departments is preferred;
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.Experience in asset enhancement works will be an advantage.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Officer.
