Key Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Director is a critical role responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive growth across the region. This is a key people leadership role with a mandate to develop and implement a strategic plan to aggressively drive our Clients growth with small business merchants and manage the existing Telesales and Direct Sales channels.
• Report to CEO and responsible for Client Relationship Department.
• Responsible for overall business performance and P & L.
• Drive business units to achieve desired revenue and return to achieve sales achieve of company.
• Plan and executive different business strategies to get new accounts, penetrating new markets, assessing customers' requirements.
• Solution selling to win bids and tenders, close deals and maintain close relations with existing and potential customers. 

Qualifications / Requirements

• 6 years or above solution sales experience with good achievements.
• Able to deal with Executive Levels, with good business knowledge to add value to sales proposition/service benefits to potential customers.
• Work closely with Technical and Project Teams to provide good after sales services.
• Plan different strategic allowances with business partners and channel owners to secure greater market penetration.
• Mature, independent and with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
