Your core responsibilities:

• Provide counter services to investing public and shareholders, including but not limited to:
  1. Receipt issuing to various transaction, e.g. share transfers
  2. Handling new share certificates transaction
  3. Conducting detailed checking on various forms submitted by shareholders
  4. Answering enquirers from shareholders
• Document management and ad-hoc administrative support

We want to hear from you if you are:

• DSE graduate or above, preferably with 1 year working experience 
• Pleasant, patient, committed, able to work independently and trustworthy with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good PC skills
