Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative & clerical support to all retail shops
• Monitor & prepare daily sales report & analysis
• Monitor the performance of sales team to improve the KPI factors
• Co-ordinate with Marketing Team and Accounting Department
• Monitor the duty roster planning
• Maintain all attendance records of team members
• Prepare sufficient information to shop in regarding the new product launch, special products      promotion and marketing planning
• Provide and deliver proper products training to sales team

Requirement

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related subjects
• 5 years’ working experience, including at least 2 years in retail store operations in similar position
• Hands-on experience of the retail operations management
• Strong analytic skills and detailed minded
• Initiative, very organized and result oriented
• Good communication, team work and problem solving skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Proficient with MS Office such as Excel, Word and Power Point
• Trip to PRC occasionally
