Responsibilities:

• Perform sales administration duties in regular basis
• Manage food chain store operations and work closely with different level in Retail Operations
• Closely monitor sales performance and prepare various sales analysis reports for management review
• Responsible for Sales / Inventory control and maintain a good and healthy replenishment system. Ensure goods delivery is on schedule and comply with business needs.
• Purchase material and keep the inventory balance
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• F. 5 or above
• Min. 5 years solid experience in retail chain FOOD stores operation and at least 2 years in the same capacity 
• Knowledge of ISO standard (ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 etc…) is preferrable not essential.
• Knowledge of Cakes & Chocolates will be definited an advantage
• Strong communication, analytical, professional ethics and problem solving skills.
• Excellent motivation skills, good common sense, organise and result oriented
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Immediately available preferred.
