你的職責：
你將會透過不同渠道(電話、電郵及網上服務平台)處理客戶的查詢及投訴，與客戶保持良好溝通及建立互動關係，以提供優質的客戶服務。
同時，你需要協助推廣及銷售我們的服務及產品。

我們要求：

你是一個有責任心、有禮貌、積極上進及懂得守時重要性的人；
你可以獨立並主動處理客戶查詢及投訴；
有一年或以上客戶服務經驗者可申請客戶服務主任；
如有三年以上相關經驗者，可申請高級客戶服務主。
如有及網購經驗更佳；
你須要具備中五或以上程度學歷，能操流利粵語、一般英語及普通話，懂中英文打字，熟悉電腦操作及MS Word, MS Excel，有良好書寫技巧。

每週工作43小時
