Support the Sales Head, Greater China to overview the Hong Kong Sales team’s sales performance and business management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, consolidate and report regularly on sales figures and pipeline to increase sales productivity and for Hong Kong Sales team to review;
• Monitor daily on business progress and prepare reports to highlight any risk for action to Sales leaders and follow up the action; Keep close communication with HK supply chain team on daily orders loading and pick/pack status;
• Build and maintain good relationship internally and externally with customers and booksellers in Hongkong, especially their collection personnel ;
• Work with sales leaders on sales outstanding case follow ups, actively report the AR risk to the management and Finance Department to work closely as partner and support to resolve any issues timely;
• Support on quota allocation and validation with Sales Team
• Prepare sales related presentation materials for Hong Kong sales review and for internal business review;
• Support some personal activities of Sales Head including expense reimbursement/meeting arrangement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, business management and/or analytical discipline preferable
• 2 – 3 years of relevant work experience, publishing industry is advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills  
• Strong sense of numbers
• Flexible and adaptable to learn new skills
• Proficient computer skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
