Responsibilities: 

• Be accountable for handling end-to-end sales cycle from pre-sales to post-sales processes including quotation, proposal, delivery, invoicing and warranty in a timely manner
• Support business development with working closely with project teams to qualify new opportunities
• Assist manager in sales prospection, execution and achieve sales target
• Support sales and marketing initiatives and ad-hoc project prospection

  Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Business/ Building Services/ Engineering/ Property Management or Industrial related disciplines
• 3+ years related experiences in Sales/ Engineering/ Property Management or related disciplines
• Experienced in bidding for medium to large E&M projects is preferable
• Organized, thoughtful, energetic, proactive and self-motivated
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, unrelenting client service ethic
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less qualification or experience would also be considered as Assistant Sales Officer
