Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Organize, establish and optimize the marketing & sales strategies and policies;
- Organize, establish and execute annual marketing & sales plans and budgets;
- Form a sales team, develop and forge ahead, build online and offline sales networks, manage distributors and end users to achieve sales targets diligently;
- Coordinate brand planning and management, organize and implement major brand activities, and promote brand building;
- Organize research on product market positioning, formulate and implement marketing promotion campaigns;
- Lead the department to complete various tasks, establish and manage a professional team with common goals, common values, cohesiveness, collaboration, innovation, efficiency and dedication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing and Sales Management, Study of Tea, Food or related disciplines;
- Over 8 years of related experience, with extensive network and familiar with relevant laws, regulations and practices of the industry. Experience in Pu'er tea marketing management is preferred;
- Have a high degree of responsibility as well as strong ability in communication, planning and coordination, organization and market expansion; and always show good teamwork and professionalism.
