Responsibilities:

• Gather business and operational requirements from stakeholders
• Involve in communication and liaising across departments
• Provide maintenance and modification to existing workflow systems
• Assist in data governance and corresponding documentations
• Support in any planned or Ad-hoc project or task requests
• Assist to prepare various routine and in-demand reports upon requests
• Assist in projects development and support throughout various stages when projects roll out
• Prepare and handle ranges of master datasets

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in any Pure Science / Engineering / Computer Science / Statistics is a plus
• 2 years or above solid experience in Sales & Operations field or Project Developments field
• Proficient in Excel or other programming languages
• Experience in using data analytics tools e.g. Tableau or Microsoft Power BI is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Able to work on multiple tasks
• Good logical and correlational sense
• Strong initiative in data science and project development fields

***Fresh graduate or candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Data Analyst. ***
