Job Description
- Form 5 or above
- 1 year or above support or order follow up experience and good problem solving skill
- Experience in I/E shipping will be an advantage and able to work with forwarder independently
- Good relationship building and customer servicing mindset
- Occasionally travel to PRC
- Willing to work overtime and can work under pressure
- Good communication skills (Fluent in English and Mandarin)
- Immediately available
