Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with personalised booking and support services
- Engage with team members, agents and service providers in Hong Kong and overseas
- Rotate with team members to provide 24/7 customer support
Qualifications:
- A positive, pleasing personality is essential
- Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Diploma or above
- Experience in customer service or in the travel industry would be helpful but not essential
- Computer skills
