MK Neon is manufacturing LED Custom Neon Signs for B2B and B2C via multiple online channels. 
Keeping customer satisfaction and excellent quality is our main motivation. We provide creative assistance, quotation within 24 hours, short lead time and we handle orders as low as one piece to mass production. No size limit and we ship worldwide. 
Currently serving Architects, Event Agencies, Hotel Chains, F&B Groups, Designers and, individuals.

Responsibilities: 
- You manage important inbound leads and turn potential customers into happy buyers;
- You support the customer in his purchase journey from the initial brief to the sales and possible support cases;
- You establish the best customer experience to shape and maintain our rapid growth;
- You enter orders into our system and send them to production;
- You are responsible for keeping our 5 stars reputation.

Qualifications:
⋆ You have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written English and you like to type emails;
⋆ You have experience in customer success and/or sales positions;
⋆ You are patient and a solution finder in front of picky customers, they only want the best; 
⋆ You have excellent organizational skills, you know how to work with deadlines and follow a customer portfolio.

Requirements: 
Native English, French is a plus; 
Any skills in design software (illustrator/photoshop) is a real plus.
