Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to customers buying online or in our shops
  • Provide quick response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services through phone, emails or other instant messengers
  • Coordinate with various internal and external parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers
  • Maintain familiarity with company’s products and policies
  • Support the frontline operation and preparing different reports
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • Willing to work as telephone operator in CS role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skill
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Mature, responsible and detail minded
  • Hands-on experience from retailing would be an advantage
  • Familiar with MS Word and Excel
