Job Description
Our client is a sizable listed company with good benefits is urgently looking for the following positions :
Position : Operations Officer / Assistant (Logistics / Shipping)
Salary : Negotiable
Benefits : Medical, Dental, Guarantee Double Pay, Yearly Discretionary Bonus, Annual Leave, 5 Days
Requirements:
- Full Time Degree Holder is a must, major in Business, Logistics, Engineering, Risk Management or related discipline
- Overseas Graduate & outstanding qualification is highly preferable
- At least 1 yr experience in Operation, Shipping or Logistics Section is preferable
- Experience in sizable or multinational companies are advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing)
- Proficient in Mandarin, English & Chinese
- Self-motivated, Smart, Reliable, Independent, Team work, Detail-minded and able to work under pressure
- Fresh Graduate with outstanding qualification will also be considered
- Immediate Available is an advantage (Start ASAP)
Responsibilities:
- Under Logistics Operations Department
- Prepare purchase and sales contracts
- Co-ordinate with suppliers, buyers and head office to arrange loading schedules
- Analysis and prepare the contracts
- Handle full set of Import & Export documents & logistics operations
- Maintain good relationship with internal parties & customers
- Conduct Market Management Strategy Analysis
- Fullfill other duties related to operations
