My client is a well renowned MNC law firm, office based in Central.  They are looking for a n Accounts Payable Officer.  

This role assists the Office Manager with the day to day administrative activities of the office. This position is responsible for payable of the office, including issuance of expenses checks, data entries to the finance Elite system. 

This position requires someone to be detailed minded, able to think ahead on the task to provide the efficient and precise service to our staff members.

Responsibilities

Accounting

• Sort out vendor bills before process for payment
• Fill in payment vouchers
• Issue checks
• Record checks payment in EXCEL format and assign ledge codes
• Enter all expenses to New York ELITE system
• Scan all payment vouchers to New York Elite system
• Copy all payment vouchers and backup for filing
• Reconcile bank statements
• Categorize and file payment vouchers
• Arrange to bank in checks or pouch to New York

Petty cash

• Keep the cash box
• Record cash payments
• Record cash receipts
• Prepare vouchers
• Prepare monthly report
