Job Specification:

• Handle and follow up the daily enquiries, filing and answering phone calls
• Follow SOP to maintain up to standard service to agents & customers
• Coordinate with and act as a bridge between and among the Operations team, Shipper, Consignee, Overseas agent, Warehouse and Sales for shipment arrangement
• Generate Business
• Data input
• Build up close relationship with shipper and overseas agent
• Give support to other internal departments if needed
• Handle ad-hoc projects to be assigned by Customer Service Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Innovative with strong analytical skillsForm 5 or above
• Must be customer oriented
• Eager to learn, detail minded, mature, responsible and well organized
• Knowledge of overseas customs regulations is an asset
• Knowledge in airfreight operations is an asset
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese & English 
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and independently
• Good working attitude with strong team work morale
