Job Description:

• Report to Group CFO
• Prepare monthly and quarterly consolidated management accounts and financial reporting package in accordance with IFRS and corporate standards
• Review statutory financial statements of subsidiaries
• Prepare budget and financial analysis
• Perform various analysis to track business performance and provide recommendations
• Prepare reports for the senior management and Board of Directors
• Liaise and coordinate annual audit with auditor
• Assist in managing ad-hoc assignments/projects as required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications
• 5-8 years relevant working experience, hands-on experience in group consolidation and commercial experience is an advantage
• Familiar with consolidation of multinational companies and the application of HKFRS/IFRS
• SAP experience/implementation experience is an advantage
• Independent, self-initiative, detail-minded and responsible
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
