Job Description

DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:

Team lead of Risk Management, Compliance and Finance
Work closely with the Senior Management in business development, policy review and implementation, problem solving etc
Liaise with key stakeholders in the company and at the Head Office in Seoul, Korea
Liaise with external auditors, regulators and other parties for the company
Ensure corporate governance
Ensure the company and their employees are complied on regulatory rules and regulations
Degree holder in Business, Finance , Accounting or related disciplines
7 years of working experience in the related work areas in banking / FI
Native in written and spoken English and Korean
